Pork Leftovers stir fried with pak choi, green beans and five spice

approx  400g of roast pork leftovers

2  tbsp of rapeseed oil

6 spring onions finely chopped

1 red pepper  finely chopped

1 large clove of garlic - crushed fine

16 green beans halved and par cooked

half a red chilli

10 pak choi leaves

2 chestnut mushrooms

juice of one lemon

2 tbsp of soy sauce

1 heaped tsp of 5 Spice powder

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp of oyster sauce

1 tsp of hoi sin sauce
