Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients 


• 80g of wholemeal flour (I didn’t have any white flour) 

• 2 eggs

• Salt & pepper

• 1 tbs of olive oil

• 175ml whole milk

• Small knob of butter


Method


• Heat the oven to 220C

• Add butter to a small baking dish and place in oven for a couple of minutes

• In the meantime, combine the flour, oil, eggs, milk and seasoning in a bowl and whisk until reasonable smooth

• Remove the baking dish from the oven and pour in the mixture

• Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
