An Easter Salad Dressing that is easy and quick to make

4 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 table spoon of crème fraîche

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

A handful of finely chopped parsley leaves

8 tablespoons of decent quality extra virgin olive oil


Mix together in a bowl and pour over fresh leaves
